About The Coffee
Grown by Jairo Arcila at Finca Villarazo. This coffee was picked by following a strict ripeness criteria and hand sorted. Cherries were left to ferment inside plastic tanks for 64 hours adding CO2, later left to dry on raised beds below 35 degrees celcius until ideal moisture content was achieved.
This microlot is 100% Pink Bourbon. This varietal is currently under research in order to determine its origin. It is said that it is a mutation that took place at 2100 MASL in San Adolfo, Huila.

Dose : 18g
Yield : Blooming 50g for 30 seconds, total yield 280g
Time : 2 minutes 30 seconds (adjust grind size accordingly)
