    This Spring, we are kicking off our filter blend series with the Takao Blend! A seasonal iteration of our founder Thomas’ 3rd-runner-up winning blend at the Takao International Coffee Competition, enjoy a sweet cup with hints of berries and mandarin orange.

    This blend employs a fast-roasting method with high air flow aimed at breaking the coffee cell wall, enabling a shorter resting period pre-brewing. This roast profile is anticipated to yield clearer flavours with heightened sweetness and acidity.
