Can I exchange it for another item?

Unfortunately, you are not allowed to exchange an item that costs less than the original item or if the item purchased has passed 14 days beyond the date of purchase.

You can only exchange your items purchased in their original packaging and without any damage to the item.

However, you may consult our friendly customer care if you would like to exchange an item of higher value.
