About the coffee
The Guji region receives abundant rainfall and is marked by steep, mountainous terrain and nutrient-rich soils: perfect conditions for growing coffees. This coffee has all the fruity and floral notes that we love in a natural Ethiopian, and is lovely both with and without milk — in black, enjoy notes of berries and lavender in your cup; in white, you’ll get toffee and hints of floral.
