About the coffee
In Panama’s cloud forest at over 1,700 meters above sea level, Finca Lerida’s coffee plants thrive in rich volcanic soil, where cool air and mist slow the ripening process, allowing flavours to deepen with each passing day. This black honey-processed lot beautifully expresses the geisha’s floral qualities, bringing out a sweet orange and honey-like profile, with a tea-like finishing.
