An introduction to Specialty Coffee for all baristas and home enthusiasts. You will be exposed to how coffee is grown, processed and roasted, and its affect on flavour characteristics. 

This class contains the following content:

• What is specialty coffee
• The evolution of coffee
• The coffee tree
• Coffee processing - highlighting the processing methods play an important role in the flavour development
• Roasting level - understanding how different roast levels affect aroma and flavour

This class is ideal for:

• Barista / Someone who is new in coffee industry
• Someone who has coffee equipment at home and wants to get the best out of the equipment to brew the perfect coffee
• Someone who likes to know more about coffee processing and roasting level
