Our latest seasonal Borneo Blend is proudly 100% Malaysian, composed of Catimor beans grown in the highlands of Ranau, Sabah — a region known for its cool climate and lush elevation of 1,300 – 1,450 masl. It is thoughtfully crafted with a blend of 70% washed and 30% anaerobic natural coffee, roasted to a medium profile for a well-balanced cup.
In black, expect notes of dried mango with a smooth cacao nibs finish. With milk, it transforms into a mellow, milk tea-like cup with a hint of floral.
