About the coffee
Banko Gotiti sits on the eastern edge of Gedeb district, in the Gedeo Zone of southern Ethiopia, close to the Guji zone border. Coffee here is grown across thousands of small coffee gardens, tucked under mixed shade trees on plots that often run under two hectares. This part of Gedeb is coming into its own as a source of bright, high-toned washed coffees, and this fully washed lot expresses it with clean notes of bergamot, orange blossom and earl grey.
