About the coffee
This coffee is sourced from Eighty Plus’s House of Geisha curation, a selection of coffee from Boquete highlands that reflects the quality and character of its altitude band. This natural lot was processed in the cooler climates of early March, with the extended drying at high altitude contributing to a cup with beautiful clarity across both its floral and fruit profiles. A medium-light roast approach to this coffee brings out a jam-like sweetness with layered fruit notes of berries and orange. Lovely on both espresso and filter.
