This hands-on session combines the essentials of specialty coffee with practical brewing techniques using the V60 Neo. Participants will explore not only how to brew great coffee, but why each brewing decision influences the final cup.
Throughout the workshop, you'll gain a deeper understanding of coffee—from origin to extraction—before putting theory into practice through guided brewing demonstrations and hands-on sessions. Along the way, we'll explore the design philosophy behind the Hario V60 Neo, how it differs from other drippers such as the Mugen, and how to get the best out of it at home.
Whether you're brewing your first cup or refining your technique, you'll leave with the knowledge and confidence to consistently brew better coffee.
