    Join us for an intimate three-course tasting flight that showcases the extraordinary synergy of specialty coffee and mixology, brought to you by a world champion. 

    M*lk Brew  Inspired by Koffee Mameya in Japan, where cold brew is made using coffee and fresh milk. Ours is made with DOA Milk, a signature milk blend with dairy, oatmilk and Arummi cashew milk, developed by Mikael Jasin for the 2024 World Barista Championship.

    Citrus Canopy An ode to nature, we made a refreshing and effervescent beverage, combining citrus and botanicals from the natural fermentation of fresh pine needle and kefir lime leaf.

    Coffee Hydrosol An explorative way to enjoy coffee — diluted espresso is distilled, extracting aromatic compounds from the coffee and turning it into clear liquid; a wonder to behold and enjoy.
