About the coffee
Alo Coffee may be young, founded in 2020 by Tmiru Tadesse, but it has quickly gained worldwide recognition for its high-quality coffee production, winning first place in the 2021 Ethiopian national cup of excellence competition (COE).
This 74158 is mosto anaerobic natural-processed. Coffee cherries are sealed in an anaerobic fermentation tank and infused with fresh coffee juice — extracted by compressing coffee cherries. Fermentation takes place in a low-temperature environment for 4 days, the cherries are then sun-dried for another 10-12 days. The result is a lovely cup with juicy aromatics and notes of lychee, peach and white tea.
