About The Coffee
This Gesha lot from Finca Monteblanco was fermented between 28 and 32 hours, fully washed with clean water, transferred to the solar dryer for several days, and finally moved to shaded raised beds to complete the drying process. Aiming for Candy sweetness in this coffee, Taufan brings out mellow notes of blood orange, ginger ale and white tea, with a lovely jasmine aroma.
