About the coffee
Jardines del Edén is an experimental specialty coffee farm in Pijao, Quindío, Colombia, run by fourth-generation coffee producers Felipe and Carlos Arcila. While Sidra is a demanding variety to cultivate, its low yields are rewarded with exceptional complexity in the cup, often displaying wine-like fruitiness, delicate florals and lively acidity with a silky mouthfeel.
Our roast approach for this coffee aims to preserve the character of this distinctive lot, bringing forward gentle ume-like acidity, sweet grape candy notes and a delicate hint of lavender.
