About the coffee
This natural-processed coffee was grown on the southwestern slopes of Mt. Kenya, benefitting from a terroir boasting high-altitude growing conditions of 1,740 to 1,850 masl and rich red volcanic soil. Cherries are carefully handpicked then sun-dried on raised beds for up to 21 days, giving this lot a beautiful fruit complexity. Enjoy a cup with lively notes of green apple and mango, along with fragrant persimmon aroma and a smooth body.
