About the coffee
This coffee comes from the Hamasho kebele, where cherries are collected from farmers in the area then delivered to the Daye Bensa Hamasho wet mill. A great classic natural-processed coffee, our medium-light roast approach brings out a lovely floral aroma, and light, fruity notes of white peach and berries.
(Fun fact: in the Sidama language, Hamasho means serpent.)
