About the coffee
Fazenda Um is helmed by Stefano Um, along with his sons Boram, the 2023 World Barista Champion, and Garam, a WBrC finalist. The farm is known for both the classic natural process as well as innovative experimental fermentations for their coffees. This one is a classic natural-processed coffee, which yields a smooth, comforting cup with notes of chocolate, hazelnut, and a hint of cherry.
