About the coffee
This lot comes from Ndiaini in the Nyeri highlands, a name that translates to “deepest part of the river”. Grown at high elevations in rich volcanic coils, ripe cherries are pulped, fermented, and washed in clean water, before being dried on raised beds under the sun, raked frequently to ensure even drying. In your cup, enjoy notes of grapefruit with a hint of earl grey tea, with delicate, lingering blackcurrant notes that are very characteristic of Kenyan coffee.
