We recently hosted the inaugural Eighty Plus Rising Star Barista Championship at Good Coffee Festival, where 16 first-time competitors and emerging baristas took the challenge of presenting their coffee and concept on stage according to World Barista Championship rules and regulations.
It was amazing to see their passion and efforts come to life on stage, and we’re proud to present the Champion’s Blend for you to try at home.
