About the coffee
While wet-hulled coffee is typically known for its earthy flavours, this lot from our Catur series is unique due to the process of anaerobic fermentation with added koji, giving it a clean mouthfeel and pleasant acidity. A medium roast profile gives a balanced, medium-bodied cup with notes of jujube, clove and assam tea.
