About the coffee
This coffee comes from the highland area of Arbegona. Cherries are sorted based on density and quality, then dried on raised beds and rotated frequently for even dryness and to control the fermentation process. A beautiful naturally-processed coffee, take comfort in its classic Ethiopian profile of bergamot, white musk and nectarine notes.
